Hi
I purchased Navigraph full version my question:
Can I use one purchase of Navigraph for both MSFS and XPlane12 at the same time or I need to purchase another time for each simulator??

Welcome.

Your subscription includes Navigation Data for MSFS and X-Plane 12.

Please note, you use Navigraph Hub to update MSFS, and FMS Data Manager to update X-Plane 12. See also FAQ - MSFS Navigraph Hub (previously Navdata Center)

Hi my friend
I am just setting up my simulator bit by bit the delay is cause it is vey difficult to get hardware in Saudi Arabia and if it is available locally it is usually for triple the price abroad so i purchased it all from abroad online and it took ages to arrive in Riyadh
No i installed navigraph and i have 2 problems
1- it is not showing at all in MSFS
2- in xplane 12 when i go to setting of xplane it tells telling me it is installed but when i start a flight it is not showing
Please Please help

  1. What is not showing in MSFS? Please explain what you are attempting, what you expect and the actual results. Screenshots help using Guide to posting Screenshots.

  2. If you mean FMS Data Manager, make sure you have the correct X-Plane 12 path in FMS Data Manager Settings page. After that in Addon Mappings page, select and Remove X-Plane 12 and X-Plane 12 addons. Then press Scan and Save . Hopefully you should now have correct X-Plane 12 and X-Plane 12 addons detected and ready to Update in Addon List.

navigraph is still not working on XP12
please if u have sort of an instruction map for that send it to me

We are happy to help, but need your input to know what is not working. Is it Charts, FMS Navigation Data?

Please advise
