X-Plane 12 Navigraph data?

Hi…
I have just purchased a data only plan. (I am assuming that this option is also suitable for X-Plane,)

The Navigraph Hub app (Windows 11) installed fine for MSFS however it does not recognise my X-Plane 12 installation.

I have downloaded the Navigraph FMS Data Manager.pkg file but, if that is the correct application, what do I do with it?

Please advise…
