Cant get data to install to xplane 12

one of the problems is there is no path to put navigraph into .I have tried everything .I had no problems when I installed it in xplane 11

Also, if using the FMS Data Manager, make sure you have the latest version at FMS Data Manager which includes X-Plane 12 support.
