MSFS 2024 Not recognizing Navigraph Data

Hello,

I am not able to make MSFS 2024 recognize the nav-data, I am currently using FBW A380 and I am not able to press the “Received company flight plan” as it is grayed out, which means that FBW is not recognizing the airways. When I checked the library I noticed that the AIRAC data is installed, but when I press on it it shows a message saying “This item requires the following item(s) to run: NAVIGRAPH-NAV-BASE” (I have attached a screenshot”.

P.S: I tried adding “!!! & }}}” for nav folders inside the community, but not working for me.

Hi,
Please follow these steps to “reset” your content.xml file. DON´T reorder or rename our packages. When finished, please upload your content.xml file here, that we can check it.

Hi Richard,

Attached you will find my new content.xml. file.

In addition, now I have in the library two files; a. AIRAC CYCLE 2509 REV1 & b. AIRAC CYCLE BASE” and both of them have the same message as attached

That’s correct. Your content.xml file also looks correct now.

Do you get the same error message in the FBW A380?

PS: By the way, was the FBW 380 released for MSFS2024? I only see an MSFS2020 version.

Thank you Richard, It worked now, but another thing came up, I can’t find the approaches at destination.

For FBW A380 It works on MSFS 2024 (I use the stable version).

I have tested it (LOWW-EDDF), but can´t reproduce it. Also used the FBW A380 latest stable version in MSFS2024, and our data

I use OTHH-OJAI

This is the route : OTHH**/34R N0480F400 TULU2E TULUB B457 NARMI N697 HIL R23 ODBUL Q163 GENEX L53 ELOXI DCT OJAI/**26R.

The “ELOXI” Approach is not appearing only approaches which are not familiar to me “Considering I did multiple flights from OTHH to OJAI

So, you SEE approaches but not the approach via ELOXI, right?

There is no ELOXI transition for 26R available any longer only ORDEN, VEDAD or EGPIL

The IAF ELOXI doesn´t exist any longer …
