Moving maps not working after Navigraph app update to v8.13.0

Yesterday I updated the Navigraph app to v8.13.0. Moving maps no longer works with XP11. Is this a known issue or am I missing anything?

HI,

Please check the below points to verify,

  1. Make sure the Simlink application is running on the same system where the flight simulator running.
  2. In Simlink and Charts both applications log in with the same Navigraph user.
  3. Make sure you enable moving map into the Charts application.

Hi. My charts 8 requires re login every now and then during a flight with msfs . My simlink version is 1.1.27.0906. I am on win 10 fully updated.
Is there a fix?
