Thw QW 787 has a button for Navigraph and when activated one is taken to the web sight to log in and then back to the sim. Without fail the time-out message appears. Is there a fix for this

For QW 787 1.4 P3D V5, when I first accessed Terminal Charts in the 787 EFB, I did get the time out message. I tried again and can happily use the Charts CLIP ?

Thanks for the response. I try to use every time and get that same message. The charts come through great for the Max8 (not my favorite plane by any measure) but just not the 787. Thanks again for responding
Repeated time-outs suggests a network issue. Please try a different network connection such as hot spot from your mobile?
