PREPAR3D QW787 EFB (Navigraph Request Time Out)

Hi, is imposible to load charts from Navigraph to the EFB of the QW787, the mesasage always said (NAVIGRAPH REQUEST TIME OUT).
Please help

Welcome

In EFB Charts Clip page, when you select Navigraph, you should be taken to a Navigraph Login screen? If not try setting Chrome as your default browser as a test, with Antivirus disabled.

Always do the login in Navigraph with Chrome, but same think with antivirus disabled too.
