Approach chart for MKJS ILS RWY 07 not in database ! But it’s in FMC on
PMDG also in MSFS.

There could be many reasons for this, but ultimately it’s not up to Navigraph. It is up to the authorities of the country where the airport is located to create a chart, and they do not seem to have published one for this procedure.
This would not have been the first time that an airport has procedures that don’t have any charts associated with them, so it would not surprise me if that was indeed the case. But if you can show that the chart does exist and you can link me to the AIP where I can find it, we’ll be able to bring it up with our data provider Jeppesen in order to have it included in the future!

That chart seems to have been removed in AIRAC 2311, so quite recently. I assume that this is because the authority in question removed it - after all, it is quite old and might be out of date without them having any plans of creating a new one. We can’t tell really, it’s up to the real-world authorities.
We’ll try to verify that this was intentional, but it likely is!

Sorry, but I looks that you don´t have updated your databases correctly because there is no ILS approach into MKJS available and selectable - not in the PMDG dataset nor in MSFS. I have also checked our source data but also here, no ILS approach available. So the data and the charts speak the same “language” …

You see, complete identically to our offered charts. Also, I have looked into the AIP of Jamaica to verify if an ILS approach exists. Negative, no ILS approaches available into MKJS - so, the data and the charts seems to be correct.
When you´re the meaning we are wrong, please forward us an official document, that we can report this to Jeppesen. Thank you very much!

Understood - that explains the difference yes. The MSFS AIRAC data are not very accurate and in the PMDG you´re using the default AIRAC cycle (due lack of update possibility on XBox) which is quite old and therefore you have and see the ILS approach.
Sorry, but yes - the XBox factor is the reason - sorry for that and thanks for the update.
