I have checked the AIP Russia and this airport is not listed. Here a PDF directly from the AIP of all russian airports:
1-ad1-3.pdf (1.5 MB)
I can´t really say if this airport exists or not - in the reference link, I don´t see any real-world source from where this inform comes from. Base for the data provider source are the AIPs of the countries and here (as you see) this airport is not listed. It could be, that this is “only” a regional airport but I haven´t found any up2date information to this airport sorry.

PS: also be aware, that you are working with an outdated cycle - it could be (not in this case because the AIP doesn´t offer this airport) that missing information could be included in the current cycles.

Thanks - right, so my assumption was correct - it´s only a regional airport and regional airports are not included in our source. Sorry.
