UHOO is missing. It does exist Real World and in Sim. Coords provided in attached screenshot. While there may not be charts for it, it is also missing in SimBrief.

I have checked the AIP Russia and it looks like, that the AIP Russia doesn´t provide this airport and therefore there are no data available.
Here all international airports which will be provide from the AIP Russia:

It could be that UHOO is only a national airport and/or a military airport and therefore not included in the AIP. The data provider can only add airports which will be provided by the countries. Sorry.
