Missing Helgoland VOR in Database?

Could it be that Helgoland (EDXH) VOR (DHE) is missing in Database?

Hi Stephan,
What I know is, that this VOR has been decommissioned and is no longer available, or at the moment not available. Do you have an actual world reference link that this VOR is still in use?
