Milviz KA350i in Prepar3rd - Will not display any chart (just a blank screen)

I selected my Navigraph name in the Status Menu (in the MFD) by ‘Subscription Number’, but every time I select a chart (I hit the ‘Enter’ key on my keyboard) I get a black screen. Is this model working with Navigraph? What do I need to do / what am I missing?
