Navigraph charts link to MFS CJ4

Hi all,
I am having trouble displaying Navigraph charts in the CJ4. Loaded sim brief flight plan, signed into Navigraph charts, selected charts and lower menu, pushed button but only shows departure and destination airport and cant display approach charts etc . Any help in what I am doing wrong will be most appreciated.

Hi Michael,
may we assume that you are using the latest stable CJ4 version and you’re not using the sim beta for SU9?

I am using the stable version v.0.12.12

I’m having the same problem. Charts do not display in the MFD.
WT CJ4 Ver 12
MSFS SU 8 - 1.24.5.0

No Charts in MFD
No Charts in MFD1920×970 213 KB

… and the sim version? 1.24.5.0 … so you haven’t installed the beta for SU9?

@RonSum … Not sure why you have open the In-Game panel on your screenshot? The MFD is behind in the cockpit …

Sorry everyone I am out of country on family emergency so will have to leave this topic for the time being. Thanks all the help so far.

The in-game panel only to show that I have a Navigraph subscription.

The MFD does not show any Charts in it as you can see.
I used to have the choice of three Charts listed for this Flight Plan.

Also NO SU9 beta right?
