Hello. This has actually been an issue for quite a while, like before Navigraph bought Simbrief, but the profile for the MD-11F airframe shows loading options for the passenger version, instead of the cargo version.

I’m not sure I understand your question. Which loading options specifically? The airframe options such as passengers and weights can all be edited as needed, in case 25 passengers is too much, for example.
