If i buy navigraph, will i be able to see My aircraft (moving) on the airport and in the air on the navigraph map?
Multiplayer: Will My friend and me be able to see each others aircraft in the air and on the ground?

Welcome.
With Moving Map you can see an icon representing you on most maps in the air and for many but not all airport maps depending on whether the map is “geo-referenced” .
Multiplayer visibility is a Flight Sim facility, and is not provided in Navigraph Charts.
