Since a few days, the map is no longer displayed in the web version of Navigraph Chart.
Web browser: Vivaldi
System: GNU/Linux Debian Testing
The same thing happens with the latest version of Firefox.

We do not currently have any other reports of this, and the only reasonable explanation for what you are seeing is a network issue. Can you try a different internet connection and/or device?
I have also enabled additional logging for your account, so that we can investigate further. Please sign out, then sign in again and let me know if you are still having this issue!

I have found the source of my problem.
The culprit is my StormShield SN200 hardware firewall.
What I don’t understand is that the firewall settings haven’t changed for several months.
Can you tell me if there are any special settings for the URL https://charts.navigraph.com?

Problem solved.
I added Google DNS to my local DNS server configuration and now it works.
As it was working fine and the problem appeared a few days ago, can you tell me if anything has changed on your end?

Nothing has changed on our end! The resource that causes the map to load is static and delivered through a CDN, so the only possible issue is between you and the servers hosted by Amazon AWS.
