Hi, I opened the app and it doesn’t show anything only the top bar but when you open your route it doesn’t even show that, it’s a white screen like it doesn’t load the maps, I tried reinstalling and deleting data and the cache from the app but nothing helps, can anyone help me?

When did you start to experience this issue? We have some ongoing service of the Charts infrastructure that might affect you.
Since yesterday and today I resetted everything
Does the issue persist when switching the network to say, a cellular one?

The cloud version works perfectly
I just tried to open the app, and it Works again, I don’t know what you did but thank you for your help
You are welcome! It most certainly was caused by our temporary maintenance of the charts services, which currently are now all up and running!
