No map showing

Since a couple of days, the map is not showing - just a spinning circle.
This is only on my desktop. On my laptop with same settings, all is working as normal.
Reinstalling did not solve the problem
Any hints are very welcome :slight_smile:

I still have the same problem. Both if I launch the desktop version, or from “open in charts” from the website

Yes, same behavior .

Did you try this now? I don’t see any logs from you using the web version. Could you try signing out and then in again?

Yes I did, and just did it again a couple of times. I’m logging in with ‘willy648@gmail.com’

Unfortunately, I am still not getting those logs. Let’s continue without them.

Everything points to this being a network issue that is out of our control. To confirm this, we’d have to set up some sort of remote session. Please reach out to me in DMs with a time next week that would work for you!

Looks like the problem solved by completely resetting the (windows) firewall
