Hello, as it can be seen from the image above, the last point on the ARC (FM864) is a FLY-OVER waypoint however this is not correct. This waypoint is a FLY-BY waypoint. This is latest airac via the hub.

I´m not sure, which addon/which sim do you use but according the screenshot, I guess it´s from PMDG. Therefore my answer to this addon. We don´t have a FLY-OVER in the RILE2B arrival …
Here the PMDG source line for this procedure (ie. RW18):

So, you see there is no the directive OVERFLY in this line. Have you flown it? In most cases (as in real) this is a drawing issue on the ND but the a/c flies this correctly.
Sorry, but I don´t see any issue on our side here. The STAR is coded correctly and there is no overfly waypoint (not in the source, nor in the PMDG data).

Even though STARs in LTFM are ambiguous, the selected STAR here was RILEX2B.17L, and the aircraft did fly it as if it is a FLYOVER waypoint
Here our code for the PMDG - RILE2B for 17:

… there is no FIX FLYOVER FM864 … which is the correct PMDG syntax for a flyover waypoint. So, it´s not a navdata issue as you see, sorry.
