I have had a flight from LOWS Salzburg to ENTO using Navigraph charts in P3dv5.3. I have v.5 addon scenery for LOWS. At the parking stand in front of the terminal, I start the moving map, but I dont see my aircraft. When I zoom out it shows up several kilometers outside the airport. I have not seen this at other airports. Is it a way to fix it ?

Welcome.
If you remove the LOWS addon scenery, are you correctly located on Moving Map? If yes, this would suggest a scenery issue.

I have tested today, both with and without LOWS add on, but my aircraft at parking W2 is placed north east of the airport close to the 2350’ tower at the map. In my last test I deleted the addon, instead of disabling it, but no difference. This is the first time I see this, and I have used Navigraph for some years.

Hi Tor,
just a short test, to identify if this is really a SimLink issue. Goto the corresponding gate and press
Shift+Z multiple times till you see the coordinates on the top left corner.
Like:
After that, open google maps and insert the coordinates to look, where you are on google maps. Do you see the correct position in google maps?

Hi. Thank you for helping me. When I was going to check lat/long, to my surprise, the aircraft showed up at its parking stand. I have no explanation, it just happened. I tested it by taxing to the Rwy ends, and everything was ok. Lets hope the problem is solved. I checked the lat/long in the sim, in real life and Google Earth, and it was almost the same.
