Loading data into Level D 767 FMS on FS2009

Hi. Downloaded the legacy data for the FS2009 Level D 767 FMS. Good download. unfortunately no SIDs, STARs, ILSs… nothins. How can i fix this and get all the sid and stars and approaches into the database? P.S i also have FS2009 PMDG 747-400 no problem there - all the data exists in the FMS…
