Missing in WSSS data

Dear Support team,

Regarding the cycle 2013, I found that, there are not the data of WSSS in term of SID and STARS when I tried to select the data from FMC in PMDG aircraft. So, I could not select SID or STAR when I will departure from WSSS or Arrival at this airport.

Could you pls help to suggest?

Assuming cycle 2013 is verified as installed try following the guidance posted HERE
