If that does not work, please attach the latest Simlink log in your next post. To do this, follow these steps:
- Press ⊞ + R to open Windows Run
- Paste the following string and press OK:
%appdata%\Navigraph\Simlink\logs\
- From the explorer window that opens, select the file with the latest timestamp and upload it here
