So the Lampung Airport has an old ICAO which is WICT and the new ICAO is WILL. But in the simulator, WILL is not in the database. I’m already using the 2302 Airac Cycle. The SIDS and STARS are also unavailable.

RADIN INTEN II (airport identifier: WILL) is in our database and you still have the terminal procedures on your system, but you can´t use it due the missing/wrong airport identifier, which X-Plane 11 use.
Here a screenshot of a few SIDs/STARs included in the WILL.dat file (terminal procedure file, which you have on your system, when you are using AIRAC 2302 for XP11).
Again, please report this to X-Plane - we may not change such things, sorry.
