The 06R runway and the consecutive taxiways are still being constructed. Most of the work is completed however it is not fully done yet. Attached is the satellite image taken on Oct 24th. The AIP has been released early (few months before) for ATCOs and aviation personnel to get used to the procedures and the airport extension before it is opened. The reason why I am writing is to let Navigraph and @AlvaroCampos know that existing on AIP =/= open and in use.

thanks for the info … the question was not, if a runway is still in used or still work in progress. The issue is that the runway idents are still changed to 06L/24R and 06R/24L and thats the reason for the missing STARs.
Every procedure is still changed from 06/24 to 06R/24L. These are hard facts and mapped with the AIP Turkey. When you check the notams, you will see this also very clear.
