No matter the plane, inside of the departures there’s no options for arrivals or departures other than the BQS8 arrival. There are substantially more than what’s there. Inside navigraph charts app, it has everything as expected but the content available once the airplane is linked to my navigraph account just doesn’t show the options. This is on AIRAC cycle 2411 and at least he previous 3 or 4 that I can recall. Just wondering what I need to be doing differently to get the charts available for the actual flight plan as expected in the flight planning.

This happens nearly 99.9 percent of the time when the runway idents in the MSFS don´t reflect the real world. It’s the same here. The stock MSFS scenery offers the following runways: 01/19 and 03/21, but in reality, you have 01/19 and 04/22.
The problem now is that when the terminal procedures you have installed can´t be assigned to an existing runway in the scenery, the MSFS disables them. That´s been a “feature” from day one, which we have reported several times but without any feedback. We may not change the runway idents in MSFS stock scenery, even when we have these data, too, and even when we could.
We hope this will be possible in the next MSFS 2024, but we don´t know because we have no cooperation with MS or ASOBO and no access to the development release, which has been online for a few days. We also must wait a few days more to look deeper into it.
Sorry, but we have no chance to help you in this case - it´s a limitation in the MSFS.
