Invalid dispatch parameter: date = undefined

Hi all. Whenever I try to edit a flight I get this:

ALERT
Invalid dispatch parameter: date = undefined

It doesn’t seem to affect anything but is anyone else getting this?

Hi, is this error coming from SimBrief, or a third-party tool?

Can you post a screenshot of the error please?

Thanks,

Here you go.

simbrief alert

This is coming from dispatch.simbrief.com when using Firefox. I don’t get the error when using Edge so it must be a Firefox setting.

Interesting… I can’t seem to reproduce this myself in Firefox.

Can you trigger the error again, and when it happens, press “F12” (this should open the developer console), click the “Console” tab, and take a screenshot (or copy/paste) any red errors you see?

Thanks,

Hello
I’ve been experiencing the same problem for some time.
I cleared my cache but ditto.
I have stopped my ad block.
I have set my cookie settings to standard but the problem is still present.
I’m on Firefox 137.0
Thanks

Hi, this looks very much like a browser extension interfering in some way.

Are you using a browser extension to translate the page perhaps?

Please try disabling all browser extensions you have installed. If that fixes the issue, re-enable them one at a time to see which one is at fault and let us know please!

Best regards,

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I don’t have an automatic translator.
I noticed this was happening when recalling a previous flight, so I fixed the issue by creating a new flight rather than resuming an old one.
My problem can be resolved.

Hi, another user with a similar issue identified that it was the Bitdefender SecurePass extension at fault.

If you have that extension installed, perhaps updating, downgrading, or disabling the extension might help.

Best regards,
