Editing a flightplan I become several error messages

Hi all, I generate a flightplan with the StarAllianceVirtual and import it at Simbrief. Then I edit it with Simbrief (Indicating the correct airplane, CI, Pax and Freight. Exactly then I receive many error messages, see annex. Nevertheless Simbrief gives me the correct flightplan and also the import into charts Navigraph works fine.
Why these messages? It is with all aircrafts and it is since about 2 weeks.
Can somebody help to make finish this messages?
Sorry for my bad english.
Best Regards, Markus

Hi, I can’t seem to reproduce this on my end.

Can you do the following:

  • Edit a flight and trigger the error messages again
  • With the messages still showing on your screen, hit the “F12” key
  • This should open a “Developer Tools” window
  • Select the “Console” tab
  • There should be a red error message somewhere in the console
  • Take a screenshot of that message and post it here

Cheers,

Hi, thank you for your response. I did it and you have the printscreen hereby. Maybe you can help to make “away” the faults on my Simbrief, one of the most useful tools !!!

Thank You, Markus

Hi, this looks very much like a browser extension interfering in some way.

Are you using a browser extension to translate the page perhaps?

Please try disabling all browser extensions you have installed. If that fixes the issue, re-enable them one at a time to see which one is at fault and let us know please!

Best regards,

Hi, thank you for your report. Indeed, it was one of the extensions, named “Bitdefender SecurePass” (see picture). After disabling, Simbrief works fine without Alerts. What could I do with the Bitdefender-extension?

Hi, I am not sure to be honest. If there is a way to disable the extension only on specific websites, you can perhaps try disabling it for https://dispatch.simbrief.com.

If you have had this extension for a long time and it only recently began causing this issue, it’s possible that it’s a bug on their end. Maybe try updating the extension if there is a more recent version available. If not, it may also be possible to downgrade to a previous version of the extension if it used to work in the past.

Best regards,

Hi, thank you very much for your help. For the moment, I disabled the extension. I will have a look later with Bitdefender.

Best regards, Markus
