Invalid departure route

On Simbrief the following route from the VELNI departure out of EHEH can be found:
VELNI DCT ONUNE.

However this routing is invalid, as an airway is required after VELNI.
Alternatively VELNI Y869 SUMOP DCT ONUNE can be filed which is correct.

Can the route generator be changed only show routes which contain an airway after VELNI, like the route listed above?

Hi, actually, as per RAD Annex 2B, VELNI DCT ONUNE DCT GMH is a valid routing out of EHEH:

In fact, it is VELNI Y869 SUMOP DCT ONUNE that appears to be invalid.
