Integrate FMS Data Manager in Charts Desktop Application

This request has two parts:

  1. Integrate the FMS Data Manager into the desktop Charts application. This can either be something that the Charts application implements the data updates or simply it can come packaged with the executable of the Data Manager and link to it.
  2. Notify for expired AIRAC data and prompt to update them in the Charts application.
