Trying to load Charts in LVFR A330-900
Got this message…logged off EFB and logged back on…same issue

Hello! Thanks for the feedback!
Please follow these steps:
- Start the simulator and load up the panel
- Open http://localhost:19999 in a browser while the simulator is up and running
- In the list that appears, click the link containing the word
Navigraph Charts - In the interface that appears, select the “Console” tab located along the top of the screen
- Take a screenshot of the contents and post it here
Let’s get to the bottom of this!

Same thing occured on different aircraft as well.
Yes, the panel is independent from any aircraft so the result should be the same!
As for the screenshot, you missed step 3: Switch to the Console tab along the top! Without that, there isn’t much I can see in the screenshot.

Yep I got the same message PMDG 737-700 and other stock planes. I followed steps, but there is no Navigraph Charts at localhost:19999.

Having the same issue. INOP screen whenever I try to access Nav Charts from the menu bar.

It is currently late evening here, but I’ll try to take a look to get this fixed (at least temporarily).
Please confirm that all of you are seeing this in MSFS 2020 specifically? I have not been able to reproduce this yet.

Do you have the latest version of the panel from the Navigraph Hub?
I just updated the latest AIRAC today. Other than that there was nothing that needed updating.
I can’t reproduce this on my computer. Would you mind if I DM you to connect to your computer and take a look?
