INOP for all holds

Hi there, currently I receive an INOP error any time I try to load information on a published hold. This happens both in my desktop and Android client, and both are the latest version. I seem to be able to access information on other nav objects without trouble. Is this a known bug or is there something I can do?

EDIT: this happens in both low and high IFR charts
