INOP An Unexpected Occurence

Having reported an issue with the layers yesterday HERE

I just started the charts desktop app to plan this evenings flight and discovered that most of the layers were not working at all. Then, as I was trying to get some to appear the app gave me the ‘INOP An Unexpected Occurence’ message. I hit ‘RETRY’ and it booted me out and asked that I signed in again. I did but the problem persists.

I did a system restart but the issue keeps happening over and over. Impossible to use the program. As soon as I try to view a layer it crashes to the ‘INOP’ screen. If I hit ‘RETRY’ it loads back in but the map looks all wrong. It’s not loading correctly and if I try to do anything with it it’s back to the ‘INOP’ screen.

Come on now, Chaps. I have been a long time advocate and user of your product but these issues are becoming just a little too frequent these days. It’s scuppered my evening plans and I am, after all, paying you for the privilege.

Seeing the same, started for me yesterday evening, both on the Web and App version. INOP when clicking on weather to select overlays for Turbulence, Icing, etc…
