Unable to get Ingame panel on MSFS24 toolbar. Navigraph Hub shows in-game panel V8.8 installed. The community folder contains navigraph-ingamepanels-charts / InGamePanels / navigraph-ingamepanels-charts.spb file. What am I missing?

That is peculiar. Perhaps take a look at this:
It is worth noting that several users have reported needing to reinstall the simulator to fix the issue. We are not doing anything special with our packages, so we can’t tell why this is.
