Navigraph and Simbrief isn't available in-game in MSFS 2024

Navigraph and Simbrief are not available in the EFB or the toolbar.
Everything is installed via Navigraph hub

Try this: close MSFS2024, disable all the Navigraph addons via Navigraph Hub and enable them again a second later. Now start MSFS2024. Looks like sometthing is re-initialized again.

Tried, no luck. Do I need to manually delete anything from the file folders on the machine?

Remove and install the addons via Navigraph Hub app. There were several updates this week.

I did and no luck. I complete uninstalled all Navigraph software and reinstalled.

Hi SAflier,

Can you check the MSFS2024 tool bar settings, click the cogwheel at the end. Does “Navigraph Charts” appear here?

I also checked that. No sign of Navigraph either there or EFB

Hi,

Thanks.

Remove Navigraph AIRAC cycle and the Charts In-Game Panel

When you are done, make sure that MSFS2024 and check that “navigraph-ingamepanels-charts” is gone.

You can reinstall the In-Game panel from Navigraph Hub again after that. Restart your machine and check the MSFS2024 toolbar that Navigraph exists there.

You should have something like this:

Navigraph Hub:

And in the EFB:

Still no luck:

Are you using the simulator in career mode?

Regards,

Tim

Both free flight and career. No difference. Can it have something to do with where in the filesystem MSFS is looking for add-ons like Navigraph?

Hey,

Can you double check that only one folder for the In-Game Panel exists, please.

  1. Press Windows Key + R

  2. Enter %appdata%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

In that new window, click Packages, the community folder will be in here.

EDIT: for clarity, the above method if you use Steam

If you are not a Steam user, load up MSFS2024, enter Marketplace and browse “my library”. The search bar on the far left will have a little cog wheel on it, confirm the location of the community folder here.

Thanks,

I uninstalled everything, including MFFS. Reinstalled and bingo, everything is there now.
