In-game panel update failing on extraction - permissions error

Hi,
Hope this is in the correct place. I’ve searched and unable to find the issue on the forums.

I’m having problems updating/installing the Navigraph Charts In-Game panel for the last couple of months. Every time I am getting an extraction error. I have followed the instructions on the error and checked the permissions and confirmed that my user has full access (Allow) permissions. I’m unable to proceed beyond this point. Any ideas please?

Windows 11 Home.
MSFS 2020 Premium edition.

Apologies - I didn’t realise there had been a reply. I will check this later today. I have checked permissions on the folder already though, but will check again.

Hi Ian,

Per my email permissions on the folder were fine. I have full control.

I uninstalled Navigraph Hub and reinstalled. Tried again and all 3 components have now installed. Happy for this to be closed.
