I recently updated to the new version of Navigraph Hub, and suddenly have the Extraction error,First time updating with this new version. Never had Extraction Error with previous versions. Occurs also when updating FSiPanel but in different folder.
Checking my permissions:
Not sure how to fix this and why it suddenly has become an issue after the update. There are several groups with permissions.

Having same problem, confirmed that I have all “Allow” checkboxes on the folders two folders so think it’s a bug with the latest version as I did not have this issue prior to the update.
UPDATE: I just restarted my PC and installed it without issue so would recommend others to do the same after Navigraph Hub is updated.

This had nothing to do with permissions in my case.
I installed the Navigation Hub over previous version after an email prompt from Navigraph.
Although it showed up in my start menu list, it was not showing up on my add remove programs list
I redownloaded the Navigation Hub from your website, and ran the installer and now it shows up on the add remove programs list:
Then when I ran it, it installed the updates with no problem and in particular no concerns about ownership.
