I can't log in with FMS Data Manager

Hello, I’m Marco De Filippis, the owner of the marcodefilippis@proton.me account.

As described in the subject, if I try to log in with email and password, your email or password is incorrect

On the other hand, if I try to request the one-time password from the link, the account connects, so much so that at the top left I am logged in and the password also appears

But when I enter the one-time password in the FMS Data manager, it says your email or password is incorrect. And the fact that the one-time password is inserted can be seen very well because it is shorter than the traditional one

I also tried to change the password and check that there are no popup blockers but nothing because it only does it with the FMS Data Manager.

Because with the navigraph hub, the charts and the sim link you can log in normally.

How can I resolve this issue? I need to update the airacs for real traffic and xplane 12. Please help me. Have a nice day and good work

If you can log into FMS Data Manager, in Settings, please Unregister Account, restart and login. Any improvement ?

If no joy,

I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below:

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.

Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager. Specifically:

  1. Press Start and open Apps & Features.
  2. On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
  3. Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.

If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager.

Download and install latest FMS Data Manager

If still an issue,

Please try the following:

  1. close your sim´s
  2. close the FMS Data Manager
  3. go into the folder %ProgramData%\Navigraph\FMSClient
  4. delete the settings.conf file
  5. start the FMS Data Manager
  6. login, let the app re-scan your system
  7. try to update again

Hi Ian, first of all thanks for the reply look, I tried to do everything in the smallest steps you described, but nothing, there is no way to enter the fms data manager, it always tells me your email or password is incorrect.

And yet it’s the one because I repeat in the hub, charts and simlinks it logs in quietly. I also tried to change default browser I usually use edge I tried with Chrome but nothing.

The fact is that if instead of putting the password I try to click to get the OTP, the moment I click on the link it logs into my account but then when I go to enter the password generated OTP always gives me your email or password is incorrect.

I noticed that in the default settings in the server/url section there is the http://www.navigraph.com address. but instead both chrome and edge use https://www.navigraph.com.E if I try to change it from http://www.navigraph.com to https://www.navigraph.com.

He tells me this (photo attached). Can you please give it a try yourself? in the sense that I give you my email and my password that I always use xxxx and do you do some tests? If you need to change it, tell me. Please help me

Hi Ian then I solved the problem momentarily by entering a gmail account instead of proton mail. However, it remains a mystery why with proton mail ONLY the Data Manager does not work. That’s fine for now, but if someone could investigate and then inform me via email why proton mail only works on charts, simlinks and hubs but doesn’t work on the Data Manager I’d be happy.
