Ever since linking with Flybywire {A320N} I have been unable to create any new flightplans because the system will not allow me to enter any data into the airframe fields. When I click on the box I get a fraction of a second sight of the airframe options but they disappear immediately and I cannot get them back to click on. This is the same for both new and stored airframes. Can somebody please help?
Hi, I am not sure what flow you’re describing. Can you clarify the following for me please:
What do you mean “linking”? Do you mean signing in through the FBW tablet?
What “box” are you clicking? Something in the FBW tablet, or something on SimBrief, or elsewhere?
Please provide screenshots as well of the issue.

My apologies for not being more specific. I have been running Simbrief for months on my MSFS 2020 and it has been working absolutely fine. Last week I downloaded and added the Flybywire Airbus A320 into FS2020 and followed the instructions in the documentation section to enable simbrief, including entering my Simbrief I’d in the EFB. The download all seemed to work successfully, the actual aeroplane runs well and I was able to load a Simbrief flight plan into the flight management system and fly the plan successfully. However, since that initial flight plan I have been unable to generate any new flight plans in Simbrief. I go to the despatch page, then new plan and the correct blank flight plan page appears. I then enter the airline code, flight number, start point and destination in the blank (red outlined) boxes but when I get to the airframe boxes the first click normally opens a drop down menu of available aircraft types and similarly with the stored airframe box which normally drops down the eight airframes that I have stored, the drop downs appear for a millisecond and then disappear, making it impossible for me to complete the flight plan form. There is no point in me adding a screen shot because it would just be of a perfectly normal, partially completed Simbrief new plan form. The problem is that there are no usable drop downs which obviously wontshow up in any screen image. I hope this helps.
I have just resolved this issue and it is nothing to do with the software. I have an issue with my mouse which has suddenly developed a dislike of scrolling and drop down-menus. I appologise for any time anyone has spent on this. Thank you.
