i have downloaded the data pack for xplane 11 and the data is not updating on the gps. How do i do this please

when I download the FMS data and open the file it opens up Charts
Its only allowing me to upload one image at a time will show install the the file opened which will be charts

Hi Chris,
You should be able to double click on the Navigraph FMS Data Manager 5.pkg installer package. The installer should take over and install to the correct place. You should then be able to run FMS Data Manager from Launchpad.
Allow a Scan on startup, and hopefully your X-Plane and addons will be detected. You then select them in Addon List and click Update

Good afternoon Ian,
Tank you for getting back I have taken screenshots of everything I have, my problem is when I open the program up being FMS manager it doesn’t take me to the launchpad what in fact happens is it opens up Charts as can be seen from below.
I added the screen shots so you know I purchased the FMS Data Manager and not the Chart subscription and its not allowing the launchpad to load up as can been seen from a screenshot I took off the I tenet to see what its supposed to look like

I am concerned that your pic shows manual settings (I think) for each entry. Please post a screenshot of your FMS Data Manager Settings page showing your X-Plane (11 or 12?) path:

That top picture was just a screenshot I took, the images below that is what I have. That first top picture I think is what I should have. When I open op the program as I said it opens up Charts

Hmmm.,
Try removing (binning) Charts and FMS Data Manager.
Download FMS Data Manager for macOS.
Unzip Navigraph-fms-data-manager installer, run installer, run FMS Data Manager.

I’ve done that twice switching off computer even contacted Apple to ensure I removed the file, when I open the zip the package file fms data manager opens and the charts program opens, sorry for the heartache

Hi Chris,
I need to clarify a few points with you regarding the issue.
- When you open the FMS Data Manager application, does the Navigraph Charts application automatically open as well?
- Or after complete the Navigraph login process in the browser then the Navigraph Charts application opens automatically?
If you are experiencing the first scenario, please remove the FMS Data Manager and Navigraph Charts applications from the Application folder and install FMS Data Manager only as @Ian last message.
If you are experiencing the second scenario, please try using Safari or Google Chrome as your default web browser and attempt to log in again with the FMS Data Manager.
If you are still facing the issue, I have already sent you a message for support.
