Have an old account linked on flypad

I have an old account on my flypad in the headwind 339 and I wish to attach my working account to the flypad

Welcome.

I am guessing you are asking about your SimBrief account?
Make sure you enter your SimBrief Pilot ID into Settings/ATSU/AOC/SimBrief Username/Pilot ID.

My simbrief account is correct. It’s the charts that has the incorrect account and I am unable to find where to unlink the charts on the flypad to connect the correct account

When you click on the compass to bring up the Navigation and Charts page, can you scan the QR code and enter your details then? Please also see Fenix ESB navigraph code - #2 by stephen.

That was not there it showed that the account was inactive and needed a premium subscription. Apparently complaining about it enough yesterday made it reset and gave me that screen so it is now properly attached to the correct account
