Hi I got myself a subscription today to hopefully fix my issue with Gibraltar.
I assumed I just needed to update the AIRAC.
I cannot see any runways or any arrival info, I can only see departure but then only it displays runways.
I am still on Xplane 11 unfortunately. However I just purchased true earth by orbx and the airport for this region so I am very agitated that I cant fly here.
I noticed some older discussions on this however I really do not understand the solution.
Please let me know if you need anything from me to aid the investigation, I hope someone can find a fix for me.

Hi,
We don’t offer any data for LXGB. There are existing STARs and IAPs but no SIDs. The STARs can’t be coded due missing STAR idents/names and the IAPs are either SAR-approaches or visual approaches, which are also not inclzded.
So, there are no data available but you can fly it with the charts because the waypoints are included.
According the crash in the JAR addon, please contact the developer, there is nothing what we can do. Also the runways - according the XP11 navdata specification, we don’t offer any airport specific information (runways, taxiways, windsocks, markings, signs, …) in our XP data.

One more thing that I’m having trouble understanding. So the runways dont show up at all on any FMS. Is this something I need to contact xplane for? Or is this something everyone will have. I understand that you dont provide the airport information (runways) but should I be able to see runways on my FMS at least?
I managed to setup a flight plan and for runway 09 appr last waypoint PIMOS
Then the rest visual with charts right? Or am I lost?

To your first question:
The airport information/runway comes normally from the stock sceney file (apt.dat file). This file is a XP file and will supported/updated by XP.
You wrote you have installed a 3rd parry scenery for LXGB? Right?
When you remove this scenery is the LXGB airport included in the stock scenery? When yes with which runways? This could be the issue the ie. JAR design can’t handle the 3rd party scenery and look on the default stock scenery?!

I removed all custom scenery whilst testing with the same results sadly.
There is no stock LXGB just plain concrete. But there are runways, just nothing showing any runways on the FMS.
Ben thanks - I will check XP11 and will come back to you. My assumption is an issue in the Jardesign addon rather a navdata issue, but again, let me check first …
