I would like to address you with the question that I bought the Fsreborn Fsr 500 a few days ago, and while I was trying it out, I noticed that when I switch the basic map view on the navigation display to the navigraph map, my route disappears from the map.
I would like to know if this is a bug or if it is the way it is.

This is intentional at the moment, our enroute map is currently missing this feature. Feel free to vote for this topic in the wishlist if you feel that it is important to you!

I thought I might ask, maybe you can tell me something about the fact that the navigation displays crash out of nowhere at different stages of the flight. (I fly on xbox series s)
and this happens on every flight.

Make sure to press the “Vote” button on the topic I linked to if you want to raise awareness! It is not currently a prioritized feature for us, seeing the overwhelming amount of votes for other features.
Hmm, unfortunately not! We did not develop the avionics, only the Charts plugins. Do you have any reason to believe that the Navigraph plugin causes the crashes?
I have not experienced any crashes myself, but I am on PC. We have no way of debugging any issues on the XBox platform, as it is completely locked down.

No, I don’t think it’s because of the plugin, I already contacted xbox about this matter, they said that they hope it will be fine after the sim update 15 that comes out on May 7th
