It would be great if we can see our flight plans drawn/ overlay on the IFR and VFR charts for the G1000 plug-in

Thanks for bringing this issue to the surface.

I would like to add to it, that I would like to see the custom poi’s on the G1000 plugin too.

And real-time update to the G1000 when making changes in the Charts app.

Greatly appreciated.

Please do not hijack other feature request topics with different features. The original request in this topic is (as far as I understand) to show the flightplan that is currently active and loaded in the G1000 avionics on top of our IFR/VFR Charts feature that is part of our plugin.

If by “Custom POIs” you mean user waypoints created in the Charts application, then please create a separate topic for that! If you mean something else that is part of the G1000 already, please provide some additional details!

Regarding real-time sync with the Charts app - please create a new topic!

I think it would not just be great but I think it is pretty important. When you change your plan in the air, you clearly want to see how/ where your new track is at risk of crossing controlled airspaces. Yes you can drop down the in-cockpit view but that detracts from the immersion of using the charts as you would when flying the aircraft. (which is why you buy the NG subscription in the first place).
