FS 2020 saving download issue

Hello,
I downloaded a flight path to FS2020. I was able to retrieve the flight path. However, FS2020 does not let me save the flight path during mid flight. When I tried to retrieve the flight after saving the flight, the system shuts down and I have to restart the flight again. Any recommendations? Thx.

I just read in a SimBrief generated flight plan into MSFS, then saved it in MSFS, and loaded this from MSFS without error.

The saving and retrieving of the flight plan in MSFS isn’t a Navigraph issue. You might like to post in the MSFS forum.
