Hello service team,
I have been a loyal and very satisfied customer for years. But for a few weeks now I’ve had a huge problem. My FMS Datamanager starts very slowly and cannot be used afterwards.
What I’ve done a couple of times so far:
- drove down
- booted up and reinstalled
- the file “data.index” in the directory “C: \ ProgramData \ Navigraph \ FMSClient” is deleted and restarted
Oh, I performed this procedure with and without a virus program. I am attaching the last log file to this mail. Hopefully you can help me keep using your good program.
