FMS data manager won't log in

Hi there,

As of very recently the data manager logged me out and then prompted me to log in again, however upon entering my details and hitting enter, it won’t log me in and remains stuck on the login page. I redownloaded the application and tried again but to no avail. What may be the problem here?

I am experiencing the same problem. Tried closing and opening FMS data manager but it didn’t fix the problem.

Hi,

I’m experiencing the same problem, cannot log in. Tried to uninstall and intall fms data manager again with firewall and anti-virus turned off but still doesn’t work. I cannot link my account on simbrief neither.

I’m having the exact same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled. It will open and when I enter my login info, it just sets there for a few minutes and comes back with with a red bar across the top that says something about a login error 099
