Unable to login to Data Manager

My simulator is P3Dv4.5. My System is Windows 10/ 64

I never had a problem to log in and update the data manager.
A few days ago everything changed. I get the opening screen as before, I enter my e-mail address and valid Navigraph password, hit enter and wait. Nothing happens.

Exactly the same problem was reported by “nabsers” in Dec '20:

As of very recently the data manager logged me out and then prompted me to log in again, however upon entering my details and hitting enter, it won’t log me in and remains stuck on the login page. I redownloaded the application and tried again but to no avail. What may be the problem here?

Reinstallation of the DM with virus protection turned off didn’t help.
I performed all the gymnastics reported in previous posts about similar problems without any effect.

Welcome.

You could restart afresh:

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall.

Please use Windows Programs and Features exactly as under to uninstall FMS Data Manager.

If they exist, please delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager.

Please download and install latest FMS Data Manager .

Please restart machine.

Can you now login to FMS Data Manager?
