Not sure why but I’ve been unable to log in. Have changed my password, reinstalled, disabled firewall to try and login, everything. Any advice?

Please post screenshot of error or message when you try to login using Guide to posting Screenshots.
Have you ever been able to log in? Do you have more than one account? If so check you are logging in with the account which has a subscription,

It’s my first time using the program, I don’t have more than one account, and I’m using the proper account to login.
Check you have correct email and password.
