Fms data manager crash at startup

Hello dear simmers.
A few days ago all went okay.
But today my FMS Data Manager does not start anymore and shows this error:

NGFMSAgent.exe - could not start (0xc000007b) press enter to exit.

I have no idea why this problem occurs. Did not change my system
WIN10 64, Nvidia GTX1080Ti, P3D5.2 Full
